Welcome to GlobeFlash24. By accessing our website, browsing our collections, or purchasing any city map t-shirts, sweatshirts, wall art, or goods, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Overview & Print-on-Demand Production

GlobeFlash24 operates as a curated print-on-demand store. Every product is custom printed and produced specifically upon receipt of your order. Product mockups represent the artistic design as accurately as possible; slight variations in print placement and fabric color may naturally occur due to monitor calibration differences.

2. Pricing & Currency

All prices listed on GlobeFlash24 are in United States Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to modify prices, discounts, and offerings at any time without prior notice. In the event of a technical pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel affected orders with a full prompt refund.

3. Order Acceptance & Custom Requests

When placing an order or submitting a custom city map request, you agree to provide accurate and complete contact and delivery information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including suspicion of fraud, unauthorized reseller activity, or supply chain disruptions.

Shipping Address Accuracy. The buyer is fully responsible for providing a complete, correct, and deliverable shipping address at checkout. GlobeFlash24 is not liable for packages lost or delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the buyer. Where such a package is returned or misdelivered for this reason, a replacement shipment is offered only at the buyer's expense (product fulfillment and shipping cost).

Claim Evidence. Claims for damaged or defective items must be supported by evidence as described in our Refund & Return Policy. For items reported damaged in transit, an unboxing video — a continuous recording from opening the sealed carrier package through to revealing the item — is required for the claim to be processed.

4. Intellectual Property

All graphics, minimalist city street-map illustrations, website layout, trademarks, and visual assets are the exclusive intellectual property of GlobeFlash24. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GlobeFlash24 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or products.

6. Eligibility

Purchases may only be made by individuals who are at least 18 years of age, or by minors under the supervision and with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By placing an order, you represent that you meet this requirement.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our site following changes constitutes your agreement to the modified terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date above.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service and any dispute arising from your use of the store or purchase of products shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. You and GlobeFlash24 agree that the state and federal courts located in Wyoming shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue. Before initiating formal proceedings, we ask that you first contact support@globeflash24.com so we can attempt to resolve the matter informally — most issues are resolved within a few business days.

9. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
