1. Production & Fulfillment Time

Because every item is printed on demand, production starts shortly after your order is confirmed. Printing, curing, and rigorous quality inspection typically take:

• Apparel (T-Shirts, Sweatshirts): 2 to 4 business days
• Wall Art (Posters, Canvas, Prints): 2 to 5 business days

2. Shipping Speeds & Delivery Estimates

Once dispatched from our domestic production facilities, delivery times depend on your location:

Total estimated turnaround (Production + Delivery): 5 to 10 business days from the moment you place your order.

3. Order Tracking

As soon as your package is labeled and picked up by the carrier, a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking link is automatically dispatched to your email address.

4. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. If you need to make a correction, email support@globeflash24.com within 2 hours of placing your order.

5. Package Marked Delivered but Not Received

If the carrier's tracking shows your package as Delivered but you have not received it, please email support@globeflash24.com within 7 days of the delivery date. We will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf. Cases are reviewed individually using the carrier's delivery records (including GPS coordinates where available); depending on the carrier's findings, the outcome is a replacement or a refund. Packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout may be declined for compensation.
